Fair Play OOSH is a small privately owned and operated provider that ensures both staff & families are valued and pride ourselves on being the best at what we do and not the biggest. Our staff are given the tools to succeed including professional development, growth opportunities and work-life-balance. Our programs for both school term and vacation care are excellent, we are a reputable and highly regarded OOSH and are known in the community and industry for delivering outstanding service while families are receiving value for money.
We have 13 sites located in Woodberry, Booragul, Edgeworth, Redhead, Anna Bay, Garden Suburb, Greta, Barnsley, Blackalls Park, Branxton, Tanilba Bay, Toronto and Belmont
We look for people who are passionate about working with children and want to make a positive difference. Qualifications and experience are important, but we also value enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn. Skills or interests in areas such as sport, music, dance, cooking, craft or outdoor activities are especially valuable, as they help us provide children with a varied and engaging program.
The safety and wellbeing of our children is our highest priority. Requirements vary depending on the position, and successful applicants will generally need, or be willing to obtain, the following.

I am probably going to cry again, thanks Luke 😅. This is going to be a fairly long message so my apologies. But genuinely speaking it has been an honour to have been part of this family. FairPlay has transformed me as an educator and as a human being. The memories I’ve built with the kids, parents and basically everyone are irreplaceable and I will forever cherish all those moments. This opportunity may mean little to some but having worked at FairPlay has been life-changing.
My sincere gratitude to Bec and Peter for being absolute rockstar bosses. Thank you Bec for putting your trust in me and giving me a chance when I first got here in Australia. I owe you a great deal for everything I’ve accomplished and who I’ve become.
Thank you Nikki, Kristy and Luke for being amazing managers, always ready to address concerns and for all the fun drinking memories of course 😁. Thank you Courtney and Georgie for being my constants, keeping me sane and for always being there through the good times and bad.
I am surely going to miss the craziness of the kids and giving them lollies and playing games with them. I’ll especially miss vacation care and all the fun stuff.
